How to use
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, departure time, number of luggage, departure point, and destination when booking.
- After supplier confirmation, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to you once the reservation is confirmed.
- Please arrive at the departure location 10 minutes before the reserved departure time on the day of use.
- Show the confirmation voucher and the passport of the reservation holder to the driver before boarding.

- Reservations can be made up to 3 days before the day of use at 23:59 (Japan time).
- The reservation is confirmed after supplier (JPH) confirmation.
- The fee is per vehicle. If the number of people exceeds the capacity, please book an additional vehicle.
Important notes
- The usage time is calculated from the reserved departure time, not the actual boarding time.
- Highway tolls, parking fees, and overtime charges should be paid in cash in yen to the driver based on the actual amount incurred.
- Please accurately include children and infants in the number of passengers. If the capacity or luggage limit is exceeded, boarding may be refused for safety reasons.
- Travel times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- If you need a child seat, please mention it in the request section when booking.
Cancellation & changes
- Up to 7 days before the day of use at 16:00 (Japan time): Cancellations and changes are possible (a cancellation/change fee per case applies)
- After 16:00, 7 days before the day of use, up to the day of use: Cancellations and changes are not possible, 100% of the fee will be charged
