How to use
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, departure time, number of luggage pieces, departure point, and destination when booking.
- After confirmation by the supplier, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email.
- Please arrive at the departure location at least 10 minutes before the reserved departure time on the day of use.
- Show the confirmation voucher and the booker's passport to the driver before boarding.

- Bookings can be made up to 23:59 (Japan time) 3 days before the service date.
- Confirmation is subject to supplier (JPH) approval after booking.
- The fee is based on one vehicle. Please book additional vehicles if the number of passengers exceeds the capacity.
Important notes
- Service time is calculated from the reserved departure time, not the actual boarding time.
- Highway tolls, parking fees, and overtime charges should be paid in Japanese yen cash to the driver based on the actual amount incurred.
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, including children and infants. Boarding may be refused for safety reasons if the capacity or luggage limit is exceeded.
- Travel time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
