[Ticket Exchange Method]

After the reservation is successful, we will send a reservation success email to you, and the bus exchange voucher will be attached to the email. Please print out the bus exchange voucher in advance and give it to the driver at the selected bus stop on the day of the ride.
If you do not show the paper ticket printout on the day of the ride, you will not be able to ride and no refund will be made.

This ticket can be ordered within 30 days of the travel date. For example, if you travel on July 30, please place your order after July 1. Orders placed before July 1 will not be issued.

[Notes]

1. Naha Airport International Line (AIRPORT International) is under renovation. The bus does not stop at this station. Tourists taking the airport please go to the No. 12 bus stop outside the domestic airport terminal building to get on the bus.

2. For visitors going to Okinawa Sunmarina Resort, please purchase a one-way ticket from THE MOON BEACH MUSEUM RESORT. There is a shuttle bus between the two hotels. You need to contact Okinawa Sunmarina Resort in advance. The contact number is +81-98-965-1600.

3. The airport bus has a seat capacity system, and you cannot stand on the bus. In addition, if the main seat is full, please use the auxiliary seat. In addition, the fee for using the auxiliary seat remains unchanged.

4. Seats cannot be assigned for the airport bus. Passengers must board the bus in the order of the passengers waiting at each stop. Please arrive at the boarding point in advance.

5. Due to bad weather, traffic control, traffic jams and other reasons, there may be delays, so please leave enough time when using. Our company will not be responsible for any missed flights due to bus delays and cannot make any compensation.

◎From Naha Asahibashi Bus Terminal to each hotel

Passengers holding a ticket exchange voucher, please go directly to Gate 11 of Asahibashi Bus Terminal. (For guests returning from the hotel by limousine bus, please be sure to purchase a return ticket separately)

◎ Introduction to carry-on luggage

・Please put large luggage in the luggage compartment (golf bags and large luggage, etc., please put them in the luggage compartment under the bus body.)

・Due to the structure of the vehicle, large surfboards cannot be stored, please understand.

◎ About baby strollers
