How to use
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, departure time, number of luggage, departure, and arrival locations when booking.
- After supplier confirmation, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email once your booking is confirmed.
- Please arrive at the departure location at least 10 minutes before the reserved departure time on the day of use.
- Show the confirmation voucher and the booker's passport to the driver before boarding.

- Bookings can be made up to 3 days before the service date at 23:59 (Japan time).
- Confirmation is subject to supplier (JPH) approval after booking.
- The fee is based on one vehicle. Please book additional vehicles if the number of passengers exceeds the capacity.

- The usage time is calculated from the reserved departure time, not the actual boarding time.
- Highway tolls, parking fees, and overtime charges should be paid in cash in yen to the driver based on actual costs.
- Please accurately include children and infants in the number of passengers. Boarding may be refused for safety reasons if the capacity or luggage limit is exceeded.
- Travel time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
