How to use
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, departure time, luggage count, departure, and arrival locations when booking.
- After supplier confirmation, a confirmation voucher will be emailed to you once the booking is confirmed.
- Please arrive at the departure location 10 minutes before the reserved departure time on the day of use.
- Show the confirmation voucher and the booker's passport to the driver before boarding.

- Bookings can be made up to 3 days before the usage date at 23:59 (Japan time).
- Confirmation is subject to supplier (JPH) approval after booking.
- The fee is per vehicle. Please book additional vehicles if the number of people exceeds the capacity.

- The usage time is calculated from the reserved departure time, not the actual boarding time.
- Highway tolls, parking fees, and overtime charges should be paid in yen cash to the driver based on actual incurred amounts.
- Please accurately enter the number of passengers, including children and infants. Boarding may be refused for safety reasons if the capacity or luggage limit is exceeded.
- Travel times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- If departing from Fukuoka, please travel directly to Shimonoseki Station via JR or other means.

Cancellation & changes
- Up to 7 days before the usage date at 16:00 (Japan time): Cancellations/changes are possible (cancellation/change fee per case applies)
- After 16:00, 7 days before the usage date until the day of use: Cancellations/changes are not possible, 100% of the fee will be charged
