Cancellation policy
Cancellation 4 days prior to the departure date will be subject to a full refund without charge.
Cancellation within 3 days of the departure date of the reservation will be subject to a full cancellation fee as the equipment has been reserved and dispatched.
The Company will charge the fee in accordance with the preceding paragraph for non-receipts.
Once the equipment is leased, it cannot be refunded if it is returned early within the reserved period.
